I made this birthday card for my niece's 16th birthday.
I used the cricut cart Zooballoo happy birthday card feature at 4 1/2". Cut base of the card with Bazzill cardstock. The balloon paper was some discontinued paper I found at Hobby Lobby. It's somewhat hard to see but I used Stickles over the "Happy Birthday" part of the front.
Turned out pretty cute I think.
